Bruce Telfeyan, a lifelong meteorologist who has spent the last 23 years at the 557th Weather Wing, stands before a wall of past weather commanders in the Wing at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., Sept. 14, 2015. Throughout his time at the wing, Telfeyan has seen most of these commanders come and go.
