AFWA Headquarters Dedication
OFFUTT AIR FORCE BASE, Neb. -- Col. John Murphy, Air Force Weather Agency commander, addresses attendees and members of AFWA as they officially dedicated their new $30-million headquarters building during a ribbon cutting ceremony here Aug. 22.
