Miriam Hamilton, widow of U.S. Air Force Capt. Nathan Nylander, hugs U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Chris Banks, a medical technician with the 55th Medical Operations Squadron, July 19 at the Air Force Weather Agency at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. Banks was deployed to Afghanistan and risked his own life to provided medical triage to Nylander as well as other wounded Airmen following the shooting at Kabul International Airport on April 27, 2011.
